I had a fantastic stay in a Deluxe Room with amazing ocean views that made my mornings special. The breakfast, served poolside, was delicious, with a great variety that included freshly made options. The highlight though was definitely the staff. they went above and beyond, especially Carmen at the bar and Kenia during breakfast, who provided exceptional service. I would have loved newer pool lounge chairs for added comfort.

The dining options lack flexibility. there's no food service until 3 PM, which might not suit everyone. Additionally, pricing for meals can feel steep, especially given the underwhelming execution of basic dishes that miss the mark.
